Eight months before Mr. Handsome proposed, his sister Anne, who was the only sibling married at that time, welcomed her first child, Ana. This gal is currently the only grandchild, and she absolutely loves all the attention.
At 20 months old, Ana knows her colors, can identify almost all the uppercase letters, and can count to 10. Although Mr. Handsome and I aren't able to see her very often, she knows exactly who we are. Last time I Skyped with Anne, my heart nearly melted when my adorable niece exclaimed, "It's Aunt Ellie!"
